Here at Genesis Family Chiropractic, we believe that the body was designed by God and that it possesses the ability to heal itself.
Every organ in your body is connected to the one sitting inside your head.
At Genesis Family Chiropractic, we know that the nervous system controls everything in our bodies, and yet, our nervous system is often the last organ anyone looks to when our bodies start expressing symptoms. The traditional approach by the medical field is to treat the symptom with a medication that suppresses whatever the symptom may be, which is akin to putting a temporary band aid on the problem.
Our goal with chiropractic is not to treat symptoms, but rather to address the root cause of what is going on: neurological stress. Chiropractors call this subluxation. We specialize in assessing the nervous system, finding the root cause, and correcting the underlying subluxation within the nervous system through gentle and precise adjustments. Once that stress is alleviated, the body is then able to begin healing on its own. Just as God designed it.
We know that a healthy nervous system is paramount to optimizing health and healing throughout the rest of the body.
Meet the Team
Dr. Storm Eldridge
Owner, Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Animal Chiropractor
Dr. Storm, originally from Memphis, TN, had an active upbringing, engaging in sports, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding. Her athletic pursuits led her to competitive swimming for Team USA before eventually transitioning into a role as a swim coach throughout her undergraduate and graduate years. Growing up with a fire chief father and an ER nurse mother, Dr. Storm was exposed to the medical field from an early age, igniting her passion for a future career in healthcare.
She pursued her higher education at Middle Tennessee State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a concentration in Horse Science. Additionally, she completed a minor in Health Science, with the intention of attending Physical Therapy school. However, her life took an unexpected turn when her childhood chiropractor encouraged her to consider chiropractic as a profession, telling her that God was guiding him to send her to Sherman College of Chiropractic. It was during her time at Sherman College that she met her future husband, Dr. Daniel Eldridge.
Dr. Storm also completed further education at Options for Animals: College of Animal Chiropractic where she attained international certification in adjusting animals, connecting her passion for animals with her passion for chiropractic.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Storm’s passions still include horseback riding and outdoor sports. She has expanded her interests to encompass hiking, playing video and board games, as well as playing Dungeons & Dragons with her husband and friends during the weekends. Dr. Storm and Dr. Daniel recently welcomed their second child into their family and are enjoying becoming a family of four.
Dr. Daniel Eldridge
Owner, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Daniel grew up in the mountains of New Hampshire. As a homeschool kid, he was able to spend lots of time running around in the forests of New England, which helped fuel his love of nature and his imagination. When his mother started taking the whole family to a chiropractor, he was able to see firsthand the amazing power the human body has to heal. It didn’t take much encouragement for him to start working behind the front desk for that same chiropractor, solidifying in his mind that providing chiropractic care for others was his future.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, then moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina where he attended Sherman College of Chiropractic. Not only did he graduate top of his class, but he also met his future wife, Dr. Storm. And that’s how the course of his life changed drastically, when she planted the idea of Genesis Family Chiropractic in his mind.
Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife exploring Oklahoma, playing board games with his family and friends, and diving into a good book. He spends most of the time, however, watching his baby daughter grow up and loving being a dad.
Lanie Gonzales
Chiropractic Assistant
Lanie Gonzales, originally from the small town of Fort Madison, Iowa, moved to Tulsa in 2015 to attend Rhema Bible Training College where she studied and majored in “General Ministries.” Growing up she had many health challenges, and repeatedly the modern medical system she knew failed to bring the true healing she needed. After college, she started educating herself on the world of natural health, and learned about neurologically-based chiropractic care. Once getting under chiropractic care, she started to see her debilitating migraines decrease, her lower back injury heal, and the numbness in her hands and feet disappear. She also saw improvement in things like sleep, digestion, immunity, anxiety, kidney function, and even less skin sensitivity. Now she has trained to help educate people on the importance of chiropractic, and wants to see every individual function at their best.
At home, she has 3 dogs: Han Solo, Dexter Rio, and Wicket Bix, which all have a Star Wars callback to their name. In her free time, she enjoys watching or reading anything Star Wars related, playing board games and D&D, attending the farmers market, and going to the gym! Her sister Colie, who you may see around the office, lives with her as well. Together they love to watch Gilmore Girls, paint, and eat chips with queso.

Our Techniques
-
Torque Release Technique (TRT) is one of the most advanced techniques in chiropractic. Born out of research, TRT was designed to be gentle, precise, and reproducible. There is no need for twisting, cracking, or popping of the spine to remove subluxation. Most TRT practitioners utilize an adjusting instrument called the Integrator. This device was designed to deliver the exact same adjustment every time it is used regardless of who is using it.
-
NetworkSpinal (NS) is one of the most innovative approaches to chiropractic care in the profession. This reorganizational model looks at spinal cord tension and how nervous system disruptions affect your ability to live in optimal health. This technique allows us to see where there is bound energy stored up as tension in the body. Through the use of gentle, precise, low force contacts to the spine the brain is cued to create connections and release that tension. As this happens, the body learns to develop new strategies for mitigating future stress and tension.
-
Webster Technique as defined by the ICPA “is a specific chiropractic analysis and diversified
adjustment. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of subluxation and/or SI joint dysfunction. In so doing neurobiomechanical function in the sacral/pelvic region is improved.
Sacral subluxation may contribute to difficult labor for the mother (i.e., dystocia), caused by inadequate uterine function, pelvic contraction, and baby mal-presentation. Correction of sacral subluxation may have a positive effect on all of these causes of dystocia.”
